Because we hand-pour every candle in small batches using 100% pure essential oils and natural beeswax, these tiny, darker dots are simply botanical essential oil droplets taking a bit longer to fully blend into the wax matrix. This is complete proof of our raw, synthetic-free formulation. The candle is 100% safe and effective to use right away, or you may let it cure a little longer—it is entirely up to you!

We use only pure, unbleached cotton wicks. We explicitly avoid lead-core wicks and synthetic materials to guarantee a clean, non-toxic burn that respects both your health and your space.

Always trim your cotton wick to 5mm (1/4 inch) before every lighting. On your first burn, let the candle stay lit until the melted wax pool reaches the outer glass edges (usually 2–3 hours). This prevents "tunneling" and ensures an even burn down to the very bottom.

We offer fast local delivery across the UAE (1 to 4 working days) and select regional shipping. We also offer GCC deliveries on request. Delivery times and shipping fees for international locations will be calculated at checkout.

A: We want you to love your sanctuary pieces. If you wish to return an item, returns are accepted within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The candle or product is unopened, unused, and completely intact in its original packaging.
2. The item was not customized or purchased as a bespoke order.

No, delivery fees are non-refundable. When an item is returned, the initial delivery cost as well as any return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
