Return Policy for our products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund on unused candles within 15 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your candle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hunainterior.com  with your name and email address and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. The return charges will be your responsibility and are about 30 AED.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our workshops policy 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, you can receive a full refund if you notify us at least 7 days before the workshop date. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Return charges, if applicable, are your responsibility.
